Damon Mintz

Chairman & CEO

Damon is the majority owner of 3 Strand Sports and Entertainment and serves as the company’s Chairman & CEO. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company’s vision and leading the day-to-day executive functions. For the last 27+ years Damon has been the Owner and CEO of The Mintz Group (themintzgroup.com), a leading investment and management services company, which he started after a successful collegiate football career at John Carroll University. He currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and their six children.
